"Deposits were not as expensive ted"

On the app it said $100 cash deposit when you got to the property it was a $200 deposit. Requested and early check in and was told yes for $25 mire when I got to the property it was 50 nothing consistent

room did not even have a chair. very noisy all night no staff to be found on repeated attempts breakfast was pathetic I had to eat out

Clean comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Breakfast offerings were terrible, otherwise I would have given higher rating. Very poor selection. The cereal I first poured was stale so threw it out. They offered plain bagels so I tried one of those and it was somewhat stale as well. We gave up and stopped by McDonalds for breakfast.

The only thing I can even say remotely was the location was decent.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Honestly I have no idea where to even begin. Let's start with check in. Booked three rooms for two nights, but when I go to check in, somehow it's only two rooms. I go back and forth with a desk agent who could not have been more bored with assisting me (literally his whole job is to make sure his guests are ok), and after about 45 minutes of back and forth, he finally says "oh, here it is, it was in a different folder". After that, he proceeded to tell me that it would be a $200 cash deposit for each room. Now, I understand if this was even a courtyard Marriott where they are worried about the liability and whatnot, but this had to have been the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. Roaches all over the place, the "fresh" towels had literal feces stains on them, mold growing out of the ceiling, and it smelled like feet. Everywhere. The shower controls were the opposite, where if you turn it to the red it's cold and to the blue it's hot. Who does that? How does that make any sense? On top of that, we found pubic hair in the sheets and pillows. Every time I reported an issue to the front desk agent, I was again meant with a condescending tone like I was the stupidest person on earth. I genuinely don't know how this place stays in business. In total, with the deposits included, I spent almost 1500$ for something that couldn't have been worth more than 50$ a night. I've included pictures of the roaches we found and I'm begging you, if you are looking to stay somewhere remotely near Knoxville, do not give these people your business. They will rinse you for your money and treat you like you are the scum of the earth. I'm almost positive the "5 star" reviews are the employees, and they are the only ones the management reply to which is pretty interesting to me and just poor business practice all together.
