Feels like lots of homeless people around hanging around the pool area

Hotel was clean, but noisy. Breakfast was not great. Parking and internet were good. Price was cheap, so you get what you pay for. Overall not bad, just loud at bedtime.

The pool area was delightful and seemed as thought it would be very relaxing had we had the chance to take advantage of the opportunity

Upon arrival, as I attempted to open the door, the bottom of the door had caught on the metal step over into the room. Normally I wouldn't have even had a second thought about it BUT the situation with the cleanliness and cock roaches was absolutely ABSURD and there's not an excuse in existence good enough to even come close to explaining the situation with the bugs! Ill REITERATE, there's NOT AN EXCUSE for the amount of cock roaches that was in the room, particularly in the bathroom but MOST DEFINITELY not contained to that area! One of the WORST hotel experiences that ive ever had the DISPLEASURE of participating in! Online, it states that this hotel rates at a 3.2 out of a 5. YOU WISH!!! We would like to take this opportunity to ask for a refund but Im sure, since there seems to be NO PRIDE, MORALS, CLEANLINESS, or SELF RESPECT in the management of this property, its more than likely that Id have a better chance at hitting the lottery than to get a refund. HORRIBLE!

Proximity to our event.

1.The $25 charge for early check in was unacceptable with it being so close to 3:00. 2. There were roaches in the room. 3. The breakfast selection was limited to waffles or cereal. 4. The A/C was acting up. 5. There were several horror stories from other friends of ours that were at the same event that were far worse than mine so these issues really need to be addressed.

Had a pool

Didn't like to have to give $200 cash in top of the hotel stay. Room was small, bathroom was the size of a closet
