"Except check-in, I feel satisfying with the Apartment."

I have some problems with the check-in. I got the main entrance door code but I needed to go to the property office to get the key, it took 20 minutes on foot to the property office. It is very inconvenient.

This was a true nightmare experience to be honest. After a long journey and some delay by plane, we arrived for closed doors. I noticed, we had to fill in another two papers online to get access. By then I also noticed a different price was calculated then offered on the site, which made me curious and unsure. For almost two hours I couldn't reach anybody to communicate with, neither over WhatsApp or Telephone. After waiting this long, my hungry daughter (4) and I ended up sleeping in a hostel next door. There were visible and helpfull people to communicate with. Shout Out to the neighbours though for giving out water and fruits :) I can't recommend this property to anybody. Too much paperwork in the first place, no visible persons, who operate from other cities and buy properties in normal appartemens, to make money with it. Worst experience in over 6 years as a Genius member on Booking.com

"The worst service ever"

PAY ATTENTION! YOU CAN BE SCAMMED!!!If you want to rent it - you should think twice. I tried to rant it on Booking but two days before I was going to arrive they asked me for paying “damage deposit”. They just sent me some link and said that I have to pay 300 PNL for it. It was in description of the page in Booking but it said “damage deposit is required on arrival”. I was ready to pay it in cash, when I arrive but they just said that If I don’t pay it through the link I won’t be able to live there. As a result I paid 140 Euros for the apartment I don’t live in and nobody even tried to explain me why they ask for this deposit in advance if in description they said that I have to pay it on arrival. Definitely not recommended.
