The room and its equipment were great, beautiful, and clean. Very comfy bed.

I arrive at 22.00 at the local office to pick up the key but I did not receive any instructions for accessing the safety box. I couldn't reach out to anyone, of course it's Sunday night but it make me in a very difficult situation and I had to go to another hotel for that first night and came back the next day. Later, they told me that they sent the instructions to my 'SMS' denying any responsibility and me request for a refund for the first night. That's absurd. Why would you send such an important info to my phone number, i left my country prior to my arrival at the accommodation and yes I won't get any SMS anymore. Should have send to my email or at least in Booking chat instead 😑 So... Thumb down for the service. Also the apartment IS NOT nearby the local office, be mindful of this.

Apartment office facilitated our request for our taxi driver to collect the keys earlier in the day as we were arriving very late, which allowed us to go to the apartment straight from the airport. The apartment was spotless and comfortable and within easy walking of the main shopping and the Old Town tourist area, plus the Jewish quarter which was in a different direction. Location couldn't have been better. The apartment had everything including a washing machine for our laundry and clothes horse which we kept on the balcony meaning everything was dry very quickly.

The one and only issue during our stay was the shower draining slowly meaning water was coming out of the cabinet. Once reported this issue was rectified within a few hours, terrific response from the apartment management, especially Dorota.

The apartment is good and big! Good kitchen with everything needed. But! It worth visiting only if you have a long stay

I had really strange experience with the host and I didn't like that and I told that to the host. You have to go to their office to collect the keys! The office is pretty far from the apartment so you need to take public transport or a taxi. It is not clear on the page of the property but this is a very important point, especially if you want to stay for a night or two because you have to go there twice to collect the key and to return it. We were from a long long flight with a lot of luggage and I asked the property if someone can meet us near the apartment, but they said no, and asked to go to the office to sign something. Ok, we went there but at 17.15 there was no-one :) so we took the key from the safety box. Also they have no Whats app or any messenger and every time the different manager answer the phone and you have to describe everything from the very beginning. Oh! and they charged us for the parking which is not clear when you do booking. But after I said that we don't need it the host did a refund which is good. In the end I should say that because of that bad experience I wanted to set very bad rating but the apartment is really good if you stay long. But keep in mind that there will be no cleaning during your stay.

Great location, easy to visit old town. Very comfortable in warm weather.

You need to take key for apartment in local office to check in, it is not so easy if you have a lot luggage.

The situation and condition of hotel is good. The problem was that we had to collect the key from their office witch was too far and they asked us to go there for second time to pay cleaning fee and sign the contract.
