Location was great for us to visit family near by.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The machine to make pancakes didn't work. The cereal was stale and there were no staff to help us use the pancake machine.

"Very very bad stay I will not be booking with booking.com again ever"

Paid extra to check in early because I was driving through the morning when we got our room there was a lot of construction and noise going on I wasn't able to rest bathroom had poop on the toilet seat went out for lunch came back and was locked out of our room for almost an hour and 100° Sun

I asked for a refund because I did not want to stay in the room no longer the man at the desk told me that wasn't his problem I'm very upset I never received a refund we end up staying at another hotel for the night so basically I got ripped off
