We had a pleasant and friendly experience in the generous apartment. Gabrielle is a great host. Perfect location, clean and spacious room.

The host, Gabriele, is very thoughtful, kind, and helpful. Although this was not part of the deal, we came to make breakfast for us every day, bringing excellent bakery products. The property is very nice and has little features that made our stay very comfy, including a very good air conditioning system in the room that has been much appreciated during the hot days of our visit! Being at 10 minutes walk from the signature Gelateria Il Signor di Carbognano was a plus, too.

Nothing, everything has been great.

Very beautiful old style place . Extremely clean and the host Gabriel is very accommodating and kind . The neighborhood is good too . Not in Touristy areas but not far (15 mns walk) ! We will come back for sure :)

We had a great stay here. The host, Gabriele, was so welcoming. We had arrived in the rain, and Gabriele helped us find a parking space near the apartment. He had so many suggestions for things to eat and see in Palermo. He also provided some unique Sicilian items from a local bakery for breakfast. He was easy to communicate with and went out of his way when we needed something during our stay. The rooms were also super clean. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the city center with bus options if needed. Look forward to staying again next time we're in Palermo.

Absolutely nothing

I had a wonderful stay at Olivarooms! Even though I was only there for one night, everything was perfect. Gabriele was incredibly helpful and kind—he gave us a great overview of the city and made us feel very welcome. I accidentally left my watch in the room, and he made sure it was returned to me! That level of care and attention truly stood out. If I return to Palermo, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Gabriele gave us a warm welcome ! He was super responsive and gave us a lot of great tips. He recommended a delicious restaurant for our first evening and shared valuable advice for our day in the city. The room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. Gabriele even treated us to breakfast the next morning. We recommend. We highly recommend this place.

It was a bit noisy during the night because of a party at the neighbors’ on Saturday evening.

Gabriele was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. He brought in fresh pastries every morning and gave us tips about Palermo. He was also excited to talk with us more about the history of the city and the country. He was always available. The entire flat is very well taken care off and beautifully decorated. They have left a lot of the furniture from a long time ago, which adds to its character. The location was great. We walked to the city center every day and it took us about 10-15 minutes. There's a frequent bus that brings you into the center as well. It was a fantastic stay and we are very grateful to have met such a generous host.

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful apartment in Palermo! The building itself is elegant and impeccably clean, with genuine marble flooring in multiple shades that adds to its charm. The dining and living areas are spacious, consisting of two interconnected rooms separated by double glass doors. The classic furniture, high-quality decor, and tasteful details—such as paintings and vases—create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Gabriele. More than just a host, he felt like a friend, a guide, even a family member. Every morning, he surprised us with freshly baked croissants filled with an assortment of jams, creams, and chocolate, alongside perfectly prepared coffee and tea, all elegantly served in fine porcelain. His hospitality extended beyond breakfast—he provided invaluable tourist information and gave us the best advice on exploring the city efficiently. Needless to say, the apartment was spotless, reflecting the utmost care and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious Palermo experience!
