Very comfortable room with great localisation and peaceful neigbourhood. Owner is a very kind and helpful person and eagerly gives touristic information and tips.

The host is a very nice man, speaks english well! He asks and gives you all information you need about Palermo, food, customs, tickets.. And serves you free breakfast every morning. Bathroom is privat, but unfortunatelly not always in the sleeping room.

Gabriele est aux petits soins pour vous, et n'hésite pas à vous amener au port si besoin... Je reviendrai chez lui à mon prochain passage à Palerme.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Gabriele was an amazing and accommodating host and very present! He is a very genuine person who puts a lot of effort into your stay, making sure you have all the information you need. It’s about a 20 min walk to the center. Not too bad, but it was quiet/safe.

We had a great experience staying at Olivia's Room! The trip to the B&B was quite unproblematic. As soon as we arrived at the airport, Gabriel had provided us with the necessary information to arrive about two blocks from the B&B. It was quite easy to find following his directions! During the morning's we would usually have a nice conversation with Gabriel, relating to interesting place to go and see, how to get there, and some of his personal recommendations. As we were both visiting Sicily for the first time, this gave us a natural flow of experiencing the city of Palermo and surrounding area quite easily. On top of that, Gabriel always provided us with information on how to reach each destination comfortably. There was nice breakfast every morning, with options of yogurt, locally baked buns, and a bit of pastry. Additionally there was always cold water, coffee and juice. We had the chosen the room with an exterior bathroom, which we at first were a little concerned how far away from the room it was located. But it was directly across from ours, and functioned as private bathroom of ours. So if there is any concerns from other visitors regarding that, I hope this can alleviate some of those concerns. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and really clean! Another upside due to the high temperatures was the A/C unit located in our bedroom. There is also access to a balcony if one would like to dry of their swim-wear after a trip to the beach. As a last note, I would like to emphasize that Gabriel contributed a great deal to making our trip to Palermo a great experience! So to Gabriel; thank you very much for having us!

Beautifully renovated and carefully mainted apartment. Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. Excellent air conditioning in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet house, close to Liberta str bus stops. If you want to cook for yourself, good to notice that there is a fridge and micro, but no kitchen for guests with dish washing facilities.

Gabrielle was very nice. The room was in very good condition and clean.

Appartamento grande, arredato con i bei mobili vintage della Nonna. Una passeggiata di 20 minuti porta in centro che è raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici. Vicino al porto. La camera silenziosa e come il bagno pulitissima Gabriele ,l'host, gentilissimo e disponibile:ci ha fatto sentire di famiglia.

Breakfast was not included but the very kind and super cooperative owner serves a small breakfast for free. There was a fridge, small oven, coffee, tea; and so on, all you need. Excellent location, near bus stop which brings you in twenty minutes to the center of Palermo and a supermarket. The owner gives very, very much tips for visiting, eating, free parking in the surrounding of the apartment. Beds were excellent and rooms and bathroom were very clean. Apartment was very and comfortable. Shortly: an excellent location for your holiday in Palermo.

We think the owner gives a perfect service in a beautiful apartment. We have really no tips for improvement.
