GBGreat location. Spacious enough for our group. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The dining room table and chairs need replacing. The glass top was loose or not attached and the chairs wobbled badly and didn’t feel safe.
FRTrès sympathique, surtout la terrasse. Pas de soleil frontal...sympa et idéal pour prendre un verre et rester dans l' intimité.
Besoin de colle et d'un tournevis....et surtout dune machine à café. sinon pour le reste ça vas.

BRThe apartment is exactly as described in the photos. It's not a big house, but there is plenty of space for big families like ours to cook, sit around the table and chat. The kitchen was well equipped and the fact that this house had a washing machine and lines outside to dry the clothes was awesome. The neighbourhood is ok, has supermarkets nearby, kids playgrounds, restaurants, churches... And the very tight streets of this part of town in Sevilla. We did't drive a car on this trip, so we found the small streets amusing and walked easily to bus stops or directly (15 min walk) to the visiting points of interest. The company that administrates the property had nice people talking to us, who were very helpful whenever we needed.
There was a dishwasher, but no soap/detergent for it, so we bought ourselves some. For such a short stay, it would be nice to have at least a tablet a day. Also, picking up the keys is on a different location, 2 blocks from the actual apartment. We had big luggage and 2 small kids in a pushchair, and doing that whole zigzag with so much stuff was difficult. I'd rather pick up the keys closer.
