INVery good location, spacious property with lovely outdoor seating. Well equipped kitchen & other home facilities. We 3 girls stayed for 4 nights, absolutely safe & great places around at walking distance. There are 2 washrooms & host is available on whatsapp for any queries.
The house has seepage in drawing room & one of the bedrooms, which has been mended but not fresh paint yet. Its located on the ground floor so might feel stuffy coz no view & also the other washroom door latch broken.

Was not ready by check-in time. Dampness in the rooms, partly bad walls, one apartment key set for 4 person, TV remote control did not work
IENice location and friendly service. They let us in earlier and allowed us to leave the luggages one hour more on check out day. Overall clean and confortable.
Just not ideal for the fifth person as the sofa bed had just a duvet but no bedsheets or pillowcase. A few appliances/furnitures were broken or not functioning properly but overall it was ok.

GBGreat location! Nice apartment, with almost everything that you will need for a short stay. Shops and restaurants around and city center very close.
We got there too early and we asked if we can leave our luggages and we’ve been told no, that was not a problem as we have been informed that it will be available at 3pm. However at 2:30 pm the owner said that we can go to the apartment as it is ready, we went there and the cleaning lady got there in the same time with us and she asked us to come back in one hour and 30 mins as she needs to clean the apartment so instead of checking in at 3 pm we did at 4 pm. Anyway, when we got back the lady was still there cleaning but I can say the floor was very very dirty our socks were black just in 2 mins. The remote control for the tv is not working. And we find a massive cockroach in one of the drawers in the kitchen. After 7 am you can’t sleep during the week as there is so much noise just in front of the apartment from the business next door.

Key where in another location to pick up and when gotten the keys, they were the wrong ones and had to wait over an hour.
GBGreat location within walking distance of everything in Sevilla. The courtyard with tables and chairs was lovely to sit in, and the awning over it was good for when it rained. Good air conditioning as well
