There was severe weather the weekend we booked the trip. I booked the trip 2-3 weeks before and no one knew the weather was going to be bad until the week of our trip. I requested to cancel and reschedule our trip, no one from the property answered me back. I had booking.com make a request to reschedule for me as well and still no response. The hotel did not have a working phone number to contact them either, and so we had no choice but to go or waste money by not going. When we arrived we were told the indoor pool was closed even though online it did not mention it being closed. The breakfast was awful, I tried making a waffle and it was so water I couldn’t even make one. This was supposed to be a fun weekend for my birthday and it turned into the worst birthday of my entire life. 0/10. I wasted my money and did not even get the time of day from the hotel to try and work with us. Would not recommend at all!

Road construction made it a little difficult otherwise excellent location near interstate highway.some traffic noise though. Breakfast was fresh and there was much choice. I appreciated the dining area design, open areas and more private spaces.
