Room was spacious, clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Due to road construction, slightly difficult to get to property, but this is not a major impediment to staying here.

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!"

FIRST DAY STATINF THERE THE BATHROOM WAS A BUIT DIRTY, EXPRESSED THE COMPLAINT TO THE FRONT DESK, AT CHECKOUT, I ALSO REQUESTED THAT THEY FREFUND ME HALF OF MY STAY!!! BECAUSE THE BED WAS INSANELY HORRIBLE THE FIRST NIGHT IN!! SECOND DAY WE REQUESTED THAT SOME ACCOMADATIONS BE MET!!!! SO FRONT DESK GINA SUGGESTED TO ASK THE MAID WHILE THEY WERE CLEANING THE ROOM, TO ADD ANOTHER COMFORTER TO THE BAD TO SEE IF THAT MIGHT HELP! THE MAID EVEN WENT AS FAR LEAVING ME ANOTHER COMFORTER TO ACCOMADATE, MY DISTRESS! DID NIT WORK !! COULD NOT SLEEP IN ALL NIGHT! HORRIBLE HARD ASS BEDS WHEN ASKED FOR A MGR SHE WAS NOT IN ! ON WEEKENDS, HORRIBLE!!! SHEASKED FRONT DESK TO PLS CONTACT THE MGR, SHE REPLIED ABOUT 30 MIN LATER!!!:( THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BCZ WE BOOKED THRU 3RD PARTY!! UNBELIEVABLE !! NIOT ACCEPTABLE EITHER I AM GTAKING THIS FURTHER I NEED ASSISTANCE IN GETTING PARTIAL REFUND AT THE LEAST! NO POINTS!! JUST REFUND BACK TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT PLEASE!!

THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO HORRIBLE!! ALOT OF COLD FOOD ! JUSTMTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WE BOOKED WITH THIS HOTEL BCZ OF THE RATINGS IT HAD ! BUT THAT WAS ALSO FALSIFIED! HORRIBLE STAY NEED REFUNDq!!!
