Everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great prices & pretty good breakfasts!

The elevator wasn't working the last few days we were there. That was the only bad thing.

Hot tub was cold

Richard was more than accommodating when we arrived. Our first room smelled pretty strong of smoke and when I asked Richard if there was another room he helped us get a better one that smelled much better. Thanks Richard! If it were not for Richard, our stay would have been pretty bad. We probabaly would have not even made it through the night.

First room that smelled like smoke. 103 I believe. Breakfast was not anything to crave about. I took about 5 bites of the leftover eggs, and 3 of those bites had what crunched like egg shells in there.

Very clean and nice and in a safe area

Everything was great

We had booked a suite in order to be able to cook, but there were no cooking utensils, plates nor silverware. The gym was a low point. One broken gym machine and no dumbbells or other weights. The hotel is in the middle of an area with many homeless people.

Rate and location

breakfast was very bad ,eggs were cold and hard, waffles too thin. Room was not cleaned for 3 days, trash was overflowing, floor had popcorn on it
