"I would love to hear back as soon as possible."

The room and breakfast were ok. We booked the hotel because we had to evacuate due to flooding in our area. I was looking for safety, not luxury. There were a lot of homeless people around the area, but we were not out a lot.

I stayed at the hotel on Dec 11th and 12th. Today is the 15th, and I am still waiting for the $100 refund. I was charged a $50 deposit per night, and I have not been refunded. I tried calling the hotel, but they gave me a customer number that I couldn't reach. When the machine requested the itinerary number, I entered it, but it said it didn't understand and hung up without offering any further options.

Location.

The room had cobwebs and dust and a spider in the bathtub. Door frame was coming off. Mattress with lumps. Price did not match quality of room.
