The property is in need of updating. It’s tired looking. The room was pet friendly but it certainly smelled of dog. Also smelled a bit musty

The room had lots of space and was clean. There was a separate living room and fully functional kitchen which was very nice. There were ample toiletries in the bathroom (2 bars of soap) and it smelled nice and clean.

The property in general is very old and worn down. Even though the rooms are all non-smoking, you can still smell stale smoke from years of allowing smoking in the rooms. I moved the kitchenette table and a bug crawled out of the wall light fixture and then back behind it again. The living room sofa cushions compressed into the sofa when you sat on them.

I love the satisfaction of knowing I have a lot of privacy and a luxury hot tub in my room, the room was very spacious and the fridge worked perfectly

The fitness center was a safety hazard and even though it says use at your own risk that your not responsible for injury shows the lack of care for your customers, also the lighting was messed up in or room stuck with flickering lights, the breakfast could use some improvement and more refreshments.

The place was very clean upon arrival. It was very easy check-in. The staff was very friendly the room was great it was on the second floor in a corner which was great having two teenagers. We were there for two days the breakfast was very good. The staff came in and make sure we had fresh towels and took out our garbage which was very helpful everything was wonderful with our stay.

My only two complaints were that at breakfast time the staff member was very friendly and helpful. There was another person that came in that was threatening the staff member saying that I know where you are I'm going to get you. At first I thought that they were just joking but then this person it was reported that they were actually the owner's son. Luckily our two teenage girls were still asleep in the room and we were the only ones in the breakfast area. If my granddaughters would have been awake they would have been very scared. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I thought that the staff member handled it very well he didn't give too much information but enough information to clarify the situation that we were safe. As far as the person doing the threatening that should have never happened I hope the situation will be addressed so that it doesn't happen for other customers. The only other complaint that I had was that the shower didn't turn on all the way so you had the shower running and water also running at your feet that backed up in the tub.
