Didn’t like the breakfast and the location. Didn’t know they don’t have a pool but share a pool with another hotel. Wanted to enjoy the outdoor pool that was the reason I chose the hotel but it was closed for maintenance. Also I worked out, there was no water, no clean towels and I didn’t like they didn’t have sanitizer to clean down equipment.

The water was hot. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room I booked was upstairs in a totally different building with no elevator. We are senior adults and could not access the stairs. So could not get the room I booked. The room we were given had an HVAC unit that you could hear the noise it made well before you reached the room. The entire unit had to be changed before we could use the room. We had to leave to give maintenance access to the room. Ice? What ice? You have to walk across to the main building and go to the 2nd floor to get ice. They have a rear door to the main building but they keep it locked so you have to walk all the way around to the front and back. The building we were in has a key pad on the door that has a broken latch a n d is never locked giving anyone access to the building. The parking lot is very small and hard to access. The breakfast is 200 yards away in yet another building across the parking lot of another hotel. Very, very inconvenient! We have stayed in many Comfort Inns, but I would not reccommend this one at all.
