cost was reasonable, breakfast was decent, staff was helpful

The exterior doors did not look or unlock properly. They did not have the "NEW" card lock system on them. We stay in hotels to have our doors on the inside.

"Great Staff and Very comfortable stay in the centre of Cody"

Mary at reception was phenomenal. Very helpful and went over and beyond to assist my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and everything in Cody was just a walk away. Great stay, great staff, good value for money.

The swimming pool was not yet ready for use, with some repairs being carried out. This was a key factor in me choosing this hotel.

"Clean place to stay and Friendly staff"

Very Clean, Friendly staff, great price, close to downtown so could walk to dinner. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive to making sure tables were being cleaned and ready for other customers to sit and eat.

Breakfast was great, only issue is that the breakfast area to sit is very small and was not big enough to accommodate a team of softball players and visitors staying at the place. The staff was cleaning tables as soon as people got up to leave which was nice he was attentive to that and very friendly. Overall I would still give it a ten
