"Glad I only stayed one night."

The young lady at counter seem lost . Gave me my room key that did not work. Had to go back down. Redo it then it was wrong room had to go back again. Then pull out bed had stains all over it and had a funky smell to it and on top of that it was sunk in so bad. Very uncomfortable.
