"Nice place convenient to beaches and places to eat. Could use some updating and deep cleaning."

The staff were so kind . Always smiling. Responsive to any requests. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Fire pit area nice but sadly monopolized during our whole stay.

The floors were dirty. Carpet in halls very dirty. Couch and couch pillows very dirty in room. Broken doorway that slammed every time someone entered.

"Nice facility and convenient location"

Room was small but comfortable and location was close to our destination for the week. What interactions we had with the staff we found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was alright. Not a lot of choice in it. We had issues with noise from room above us with a small child, but otherwise it was a nice stay with very little issues.

We like the location as its close to Cedar Point and the shopping area. We checked in late and checker out early. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I didn't hear a sound from anyone but I was exhausted after a day of cedar point, like most of the guest there.

"It was horrible, I wouldn’t even let my pet stay here let alone a human. 0/10 would never recommend!"

The hotel was run down and dirty along with the rooms. Two pets were left in the room right next door to bark all morning long. The manager offered a snack or drink to “help” the situation which obviously did nothing. Housekeeping never came as promised to tidy up and bring new towels.
