Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose Convention Center

HORRIBLE RUN DOWN FACILITY. LEFT AFTER STAYING ONLY THE FIRST NIGHT. BEDS WERE DIRTY, BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND THE DOOR WAS BROKEN. SMOKE ALARM WAS PULLED OFF AND THERE WERE FOOTPRINTS ON THE CEILING. MY EMPLOYEES WOKE UP WITH BUG BITES ALL OVER THEIR BODIES. THIS PLACE NEEDS A REHAB DESPIRATELY. MY WORKERS DID NOT FEEL SAFE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

EVERYTHING...HORRIBLE ACCOMODATIONS.

Room was unsanitary. No smoking rooms smell like smoke. Walls dirty, bed stains, bathroom disgusting. Staff is rude and does not care about cleanliness

Pictures online were not an adequate representation of the room I was given. Run down and not clean.

The hotel on-site manager was very helpful when presented with issues, he tried to accommodate in the very best way that he could even offering a full refund as he could see that we were disappointed. He is truly the hotel’s greatest asset.

Almost everything, the hotel is tired looking, stained bedding, pool closed due to a dead rat, had to move rooms as un-sleepable, no flushing toilet as water was turned off.

Staff was nice but room was dirty towels had stains on em so did the bed sheets toilet was dirty my wife had to clean it it really need to improve the sanitation of this hotel

The owner/manager was great and honest. He gave us a choice of upstairs or downstairs and carpet or hardwood flooring. The price was great for the area (not the best), had a transient stumble in as we were checking in looking for a friend. Door frame to our room appeared to have been kicked in before. Pool was closed for maintenance and there was no spa which were the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also no breakfast as the hotels.com listing showed it had and was another reason we chose this hotel. So we were a bit let down upon checking in. The room, however, was clean and nice. Despite the location of the hotel it was quiet and we slept well both nights. Enough hot water in shower for each family member to shower one after the other and bathroom appeared to have been remodeled and upgraded recently. So while we were disappointed our booking wasn't what we had hoped for it was a decent hotel, we were able to relax and sleep well, and had no other issues than those mentioned above. Would we stay there again, for the price, yes if everything was in working order the next time. Again these were not issues the hotel management could have fixed during our stay as they were unexpected on their end as well. Manger was very open and honest up front at check in which we appreciated.

Does not come close to what I expect from a Days Inn. Definitely worth the money paid. Very disappointed

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel was disgusting. I purchased the motel through Expedia. The photos in Expedia look nothing like what the motel looks like. The room was disgusting, they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the pool was closed due to having a large rat dead in it and a huge hole in the bottom of it. The room had stains on the sheets, stains on the floor, a filthy greasy armchair, human tooth in the window seal, along with a rotten cheeseburger left inside a drawer, and holes in the walls. In addition there were prostitutes. I'm pretty positive they're running a prostitution ring out of the motel. I was advised they couldn't refund me and advised me to contact Expedia. Needless to say, we chose not to stay regardless of the refund issue. We research for two hours to find somewhere to stay. We didn't find a place to stay until after 12pm. This inconvenienced us tremendously. I highly recommend that you DO NOT stay or bring your children there.
