Name : Andy Manager : This Hotel is a bad area of san jose its where the people just go  to have a night of fun this is not a family hotel, i will not recommend this . No hot water, the person at the front desk at 10/24/2024- from 3pm to midnight is really rude me and him got into a fight over him switching the bed sheets the bed sheets had stains  and wrinkle not a  place where you want to stay the walls were dirty this hotel is disgusting i think they have cameras in the room they knew exactly how many people where in the hotel and that we only shower and headed out the guy andy stated that he knew exactly what we wearing which is kind of crepy! i had to go though booking to get a refund for my mistake of booking with them! so gross

No pool available or the hot tub No breakfast

Rooms were dirty and the owner charged us for 2 big towels at $20 when we just took a small hand towel one because it had gotten make up all over it and stained. Which leads me to believe the owners are cheap. Mr. Patel called to tell me 2 towels were missing I then found out after it was only the one hand towel. Which is definitely not worth $20

The bathroom had hair everywhere. A lot of the outlets weren’t working, and TV was broken. The towels were all stained one was red and one was yellow. The bed sheets were torn and stained as well.

Awful to say the very least. Reception room was a mess, receptionist was rude and did not care to help us when we requested a refund for falsely advertised room (stains, lighting), uncleanliness (hair on towels, pool violations), and to top it all off, we found a condom in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. We were offered NO refund and the receptionist kept insisting a free upgrade to a king-sized room instead of just giving us a refund. We didn’t even get a refund, so ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money, DON’T book here.

Checking in with 10.My daughter and I had a little hard time understanding the 1st person and the 2nd person stared at us.The rooms was dirty. Bed spread and towels was stained and cigarette burned in bed spread also curtain fall apart.The chairs was dirty and broken. Only had 2 set of towels instead of 4. Tub was missing a cover to drain.Bathrooms had mold.We was told they don't have breakfast only instant coffee in the rooms but it was advertised.

Worst experience ever , rooms were terrible

Room was substandard, bed sheet seems never washed, still has some hair or even public hair and even some bugs as it was itching all nighy

Cleanliness ( public hair left in bed sheets). Room even bathroom was so substandard

Did not stay here

I didnt get a refund
