Location was great!! Friendly staff and very helpful

They overbooked the hotel so we were left scrambling to find a hotel last minute during spring break. We had to drive an hour and a half a way to find a last minute room.

Great location in the heart of the French Quarter with a fun bar next door. The staff was friendly and there is a security staff overnight, which helped us feel safe. Unfortunately, the room was pretty gross. The carpet was stained and didn't feel clean, the bathroom looked like it had mold growing in the tile, and we felt pretty grossed out by the condition of the room. The noise from the street is also pretty loud, so bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper.

Location was great. Bar atmosphere was good. We stayed in room 311 and it was a fabulous location in the hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. Great valve especially with the garage parking. We were concerned that it would be somewhat run down considering the age but it was really nice. The emptying of dumpster at 4am was a real noise issue! Bar staff one night was slow but there was only one bartender ( she was doing her best). The breakfast was very tasty...would have been better had it been included in room price.

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel was clean and inviting. They gave great recommendations if you’re looking for things to do or eat in the quarter.

Clean comfortable and close to everything

The GM of the property (Teyonda), KB, Michael S. (who works during the day), Sana (pronounced SIN - NYE), and Richard (Valet service) WERE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY HOTEL! Teyonda went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch! She literally did everything she could to make our stay the best! Teyonda had her whole team ready! She is an incredible person and amazing GM! Michael S. made sure my trip was paid for before hand (as I was in town for a wedding and didn't want to hassle with the bill so I could focus on the wedding) and Richard was on time with my car and extremely friendly! Sana was constantly checking on us, asking if we needed anything, and during our check in process I LITERALLY HAD GOOSE BUMPS with how friendly and welcoming she was! These 4 individuals went above and beyond and made my stay PHENOMENAL! The room was beautiful, housekeeping was on point and clean, but the reason I will be returning is soley because of these 4 individuals and the efforts they made to make our stay the best ever! As far as our room, we stayed in one of their Carriage rooms! It was absolutely beautiful! It had a walk in shower with his/her shower heads. Beautiful red drapes over the windows. A beautiful red headboard over the bed. The bed itself was extremely comfortable and the pillows/sheets were soft and comfy. The moment we walked in our, it was clean and set up perfectly! Housekeeping did a great job of making sure it stayed that way! I highly recommend booking one of their Carriage rooms! The hotel pool was clean and refreshing after a day of walking the Quarters. May Baileys bar was uniquely decorated and the cocktails were on point! Overall the Dauphine Orleans Hotel is a beautiful hotel with EXCEPTIONAL customer service and it starts at the top with an amazing GM in Teyonda! 100/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with a great location in the French Quarters!

This place should get more than 5 stars ! On one of the busiest times of the year (Jazz Fest) the entire staff was helpful, friendly and so welcoming !

Great charm amazing balcony views and courtyard. Also loved the complimentary drink voucher for the bar downstairs by the pool
