Cool hotel, AMAZING staff! Top notch customer service. You can truly walk anywhere! Make sure to check out the bar while you are there!

The staff during our stay were exceptional. All the parking garage gentlemen were welcoming every time we came in. Ronnie at the front desk was more than just accommodating when we requested to be moved to a different room as ours was not to our expectations. Housekeeping was great at making the room fresh every day and the morning coffee was always waiting. This was the best stay we have ever experienced there at the Dauphine. We will be back!!

Reserved 2 rooms for one night through booking.com, paid $305.16. At checkout we were told we were good to go. Later I realized the hotel charged me $95.95 for my room and charged our guests in the other room $95.95. This was on top of the parking charge of $56.63. It's been 3 weeks and so far the hotel has been unresponsive as to what this additional charge was for. We've stayed here before with no issues.

Hotel is in need of a renovation. We have stayed there previously but were extremely disappointed in the maintenance of the rooms and court yard on our recent visit.

Room was dark and dingy. No balcony, door was not able to open. No key for safe in room. Unable to use and wss told to put do not disturb sign on door. No secure place to store valuables. Only supply water to new arrivals was told when I requested a bottle.

Very nice and historical place. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The bar is very quaint and inviting. This was my 2nd time to stay there and I will definitely be returning.
