Comfort Suites New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

The wall in the hallway had a loose screw sticking out of the wall my kid clothes got caught on. The walls in the room are dirty (handprints). The windows were dirty. The room phone felt sticky to the touch. The pillows were old and not fluffy or firm at all. The lounger chairs at the pool were all torn and VERY uncomfortable to sit in and relax. The entry door back into the hotel was taped so that anyone could just walk in (unsafe). The hotel is simply outdated and could use a deep clean as well.

Just needed a place to crash after a day of Schlitterbahn. We had a great stay, comfy bed with cozy covers. We all slept good and had a great breakfast before heading out

We paid over $219.00 a night for a dirty room. I had to call the front desk and politely let them know it looked like our room was never cleaned. The bedding on my bed was white with stained red and brown spots. The shower had some sort of red substance. We were told the room would be cleaned in the morningbecause it was late when we returned and my 3 kids were asleep. When we left the next mornings and spent the day out again... lets just say it was spot cleaned at best. Still leaving some of the same dirty issues where they were. Oh and my sheets were replaces the same nights but we had to go get them. If i could give it a negative review i would. We would have left if we hadn't already paid for it upfront.

Nice enough hotel, definitely aging in places and not fully kept up. The beds are hard and not super comfortable. The staff were all pleasant. Overall it was ok, not really worth what we paid for it.

Convient check in,quick. Room is nice and spacious, only problem was found an earwig bug on pillow.

Worst hotel ever!! As soon as you walk in it was dirty!! Our room was filthy, crumbs on bed, hairs on RR floor! We left and got our money back.

This hotel is gross. Someone had clearly recently thrown up on the couch and the carpet is nasty and smells
