One of the beds had dirty top sheets, they told us to take the dirty sheets downstairs to receive clean ones.

Awesome property. Excellent beds very clean and roomy. Breakfast was awesome with waffles bacon sausage cereal juice muffins yogurt fruit and more… would definitely stay here again. Water park is less than 10 minutes away loved it

Size of room was a good size, but the cleanliness could have used a double check. I could not call the front desk, phone did not work and was very dirty. When you picked up the hand receiver you could see where it was dirty and hair. There was no remote. The blow dryer in the bathroom had hair coming out if it. We sat downstairs in the lounge and a bug jumped on my spouse from the sofa we we’re sitting on. Bedbug? At the point we were ready to leave.

The outside needs maintenance and attention. It would also be nice if they flew atleast the US flag as neighboring hotels do. Great stay. Comfortable beds & smells nice inside the facility.
