Last minute work. Needed a place to stay where I’m unfamiliar. Great location. Great amenities. Clean clean clean.

I called the front desk Sunday evening g to request cleaning service in my room and the front desk agent confirmed he would have it done . I called the front desk agent this morning around 9 am prior to my conference to request cleaning service . The usual front desk agent KEVIN who has a documented bad reputation for being crass and rude was EVIDENTLY dodging my call from my room . I tried to call the hotel directly from my cell using a blocked number and he just answers to confirm he will have it done . I came back around 10 pm after a long day to find the bed has not been made and the trash was still laying around . I didn't have any fresh towels apparently as all the dirty ones were scattered about on the floor . I called the front desk again and a female agent answers who told me she'd bring fresh towels up to my room . PLAIN UNACCEPTABLE to the point that I am so reluctant ti give even a SINGLE STAR to rate this dump of a property . I am giving a start for the excellent service offered by the female front desk agent who gave me an upgrade to a much better room towards the front since I did tell yep prior front desk agents that I was requesting cleaning service the night before and the following morning BUT the room had not been turned down which was utterly frustrating after a long stressful day at work .

I like the fact theirs different fastfpod restaurants close by a 711 and a ampm to grab something to eat because the breakfast they offer is terrible i wouldn't rate it because it would have to be a zero it doesn't even qualify for one star

Cheap and good budget, had a smell and walls need to be clean

the rooms don't look like the pictures, i have to change the rooms because it was dirty and without microwave, when i switch to the other room the tv wasn't working and i have to wait into the next day to get it fix, my daughter start to having a rash on her body and little bumps and i suspect that the room have a bed bugs the surrounding are look unsafe there's a lot people doing drugs around

Property location is convenient yet noisy with SNA nearby. Property is dated and hotel charged an early check in fee for a multiple days stay. Hair dryer malfunctioned and had to be replaced and TV remote did not work properly.
