The property was really worn down. When I arrived a guy was being handcuffed by three Costa Mesa policemen at the property entrance.

They have a bug problem roaches to be exact. I asked to be conpansated for at least one of my night and they did nothing about it.

condition of the room is very poor. It looks like the ceiling had recent leaks. The walls are really old not painted for a while.

"Looking for a good deal and found it!"

Great Price - we just needed a place to sleep but still took advantage of the breakfast and hot tub. Everything we needed was made available. Our son lives nearby, and we will probably be back. If you're looking for a deal, it's great. If you're looking for a luxury - high-end vacation spot to be pampered, it's not the place for you.
