"My Go To "

I really enjoy staying here. Every time I come to Sacramento this is my go-to. There is one individual who goes above and beyond for everyone not just me. Her name is Natisha. She has the most caring and heart felt customer service that I have ever came across. I travel quite a bit, and I experience different types of people all the time. If everyone was half as polite and hospitable as Natisha, we would all be just fine. Thank you, Natisha. Overall, I feel safe and home like every time I stay. The staff are all great. Which means they either have a good manager and that is there calling. Thank you to Natomas Residents Inn. See you again real soon.

Room was nice, breakfast was swamped and then closed 15 minutes before the closing time. I don't recall being told about a parking fee, but they charged me $10 afterwards for parking.
