The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The complex is well maintained, the pool is clean and there is a nice outside seating area with gas heating for the cool evenings. Breakfast was decent, if unspectacular. The one downside is the awful restaurant. We ate there our first night. The service was poor, the food took ages to arrive despite there being very few people eating. Three of our meals were lukewarm at best and the fourth meal arrived as we were finishing the other three. We were not offered cutlery, and napkins only arrived when we were halfway through the food. The food itself was overpriced and poor quality. Do yourself a favour and eat at one of the restaurants that are a two minute walk away. I highly recommend happy hour at the nearby Mexican bar/restaurant.

Yes the room was clean and comfortable, but Unfortunately, the front desk evening staff was not welcoming. When I asked about the VIP benefits she chuckled and said the food and beverage credit were for the bar only which was closed when I arrived. There were a couple of other issues she was passive aggressive about. She found joy in being that way. The morning staff was pleasant though.

Housekeepers were respectful & check in was very fast and easy. Property is quiet & safe
