Everything! My favorite hotel

Everything was perfect

The location was everything, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Just some of the kindest people, very relatable and easy to communicate with. The facility was very clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. The rooms were Beautiful!

It needs a real bar for single people wanting to meet single people. The bar closed very early and honestly they could have made so much money if it had been opened longer.

Room overall was clean (did find a long hair in shower wall and purple stains on back shower wall), area hotel is in is nice. Staff was good.

I found out last minute i wouldn't need to spend the last night I paid for (checked out around 4:20, a only an hour and twenty mins after 3p check in time) and was not granted a refund or at least a partial credit. Understand policy but great customer service would have helped out in this situation but was denied. So i paid an extra night for nothing. I'm in the customer service business as well and as the store manager I would have done something for my customer to make them feel good and help them out.

Easy access from the highway Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again

My room was the first one closest to the elevator. No ice machine on my floor. Check in took a while but the lady was really nice.

Convenient location; nice facilities, excellent breakfast
