Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood

This seems like a newer Drury Inn. The outside appearance is up kept and clean, the location was great and within walking distance to two restaurants which we utilized. The room was okay, bathroom was dirt with an old washcloth with genital hair on it left on the shower rod. The pool water was warm but seemed cloudy and the hot tub needed a cleaning. Food was typical Drury Inn food which served its purpose. Lobby seemed inviting. We would stay again.

This is a newer hotel, so it is pristine. We were very comfortable in our room. The staff was friendly and present.

The room got either cold or hot. There was not a lot of middle ground with climate control. The room was quiet.

We had a medical emergency while we were here. The staff were exceptional before during and after our emergency. We were already there for a Cleveland Clinic appointment. Tyler and the managers at the front desk couldn't be any more helpful and accommodating. Jennifer on the 4th floor kept our room spotless, clean and comfortable. We had several family members in and out with an additional room on the 6th floor. We always stay here when we come for our Cleveland Clinic appointments. I don't want to brag too much because they already sell out too quickly! The hotel is always clean, food is good, and the staff are awesome! Thank you!

Clean, love the snacks, drinks and really loved my room!

Stayed there after my husband lung transplant. The rooms were very clean. Everyone was very attentive and always greeted us with a smile!
