Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood

This is my absolute favorite location.. Altho it’s always packed with guest.. the staff still go above and beyond!! That’s top tier in my eyes !

Hotel was clean and comfortable. While they had a full house the weekend we stayed, we still enjoyed it. The breakfast was good as well as the evening mixer from 5:30-7 pm. The extras clearly made up for the price of a cheaper hotel.

We had an unfortunate situation with an overly friendly security guard with our 11 year old daughter and her Cheerleading teammates. However, the hotel was quick with dealing with him and having him removed from the location.

Jacuzzi closed early at 9PM.

Unfortunately, staff did not care about non-guests coming in to take over the lobby, pool, hot tub. Unclear as to why it's not verified whether people are guests when it's mass amounts of rowdy people coming in from outside. Worse yet was staff not caring about people swigging from liquor bottles and smoking weed in the lobby. Crazy experience.

Everything was very clean and the staff were sooo friendly! I loved the food and drinks that were all part of the stay!
