"Older bathrooms"

Older bathroom, shower did not work, I reported the issue and maintenance worked on it, but still did not end up working properly with very little water, pressure supporting shower, very displeased!! asked for a follow up, which I did not receive!!

"Excellent, impeccable service and wonderful breakfast/dinner"

Our first time at a Drury Inn and Suites and it did not disappoint. We came for appointment at Cleveland Clinic and received an excellent CC price. The service was amazing, the room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind, and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner/drinks were very good. I just booked a month+ at this location for June when I will have surgery and this Drury Inn will be a perfect place for me to recover and for my husband to be there when I am in the hospital for 8+ days. Lucky to have found this Drury Inn and Suites close to Cleveland Clinic. It is an easy drive and about 20+ minutes drive. Also FREE parking at the Drury Inn and Suites. *Special shout out to Hugo from Argentina who was always readily available to help.
