USUnacceptable breakfast. No napkins. No juice. Only 2 mini bagels 2 mini muffins dirty tables. Used rag to clean floor then used it for countertop and tables. Mid breakfast not close to closing time.

The gentleman at the front desk charged me again for the booking that I had already paid you. He would not except my booking through you. I need a refund from you because this gentleman charged me again. This is the third time we have had problems. I do not believe these people want to work with booking . Com
