Breakfast had mostly Carby choices. The oranges were good. The side ocean view from the top floor is pretty good

"Location"

Location was really good. Not in the center of the attraction but close enough to enjoy everything. Tiki bar had a band on Friday night was a nice surprise. Could step out to the balcony and enjoy without going down to the bar. The room could use better cleaning. Floors were a bit dirty. Had sand and gritty stuff on the floor. Actually had false eye lashes stuck to my foot a few times and they were not mine at all.

The bartenders were great and so were the food servers. The front desk were rude and very off-putting. Location wads great but I will not be returning.

Bathroom toilet and sink were clogged. I had to call the front desk twice to get it fixed. Carpet was dirty.

Loved that the pool was still open. Very nice to have a bar and little restaurant by the pool. Place was clean.

Overall wasn't a bad experience, it's a smaller hotel so their breakfast options wasn't the biggest. But they did have a decent selection for breakfast. Would go back again

We love this hotel - It is so convenient and love that the pool is open past labor day - the tiki is wonderful and fun, the food is always good.

We had a mix up with our room. The gentleman at the front desk took care of the problem. Then we had a marvelous stay. The live band was a big plus also.

Proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants, 20 mins away from the OC boardwalk. Water park, arcade and miniature golf are all across the street.
