This property was good. But the stuff were rude

Liked convenience to beach and quieter surroundings. Liked the balcony and pool area. Did not like continental breakfast selections. Very limited - no breads, bagels, sausage links. Water in shower/bath did not get very hot. Let run for awhile and still not real hot.

The pool was super nice the ocean view was awesome l! The room was pretty stuffy since the air conditioner made a ton of noise. We also didn’t have hot water one night . Other than those two things it was a nice stay!

It was a short walk to the beach. They had a decent free breakfast and staff was friendly. On the down side, there were cigarette butts on our balcony as well as a kids suction cup dart. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The worst part was that someone smoked skunk weed frequently outside which was sickening when we would sit on our balcony and some times the smell of it would come into our room via the ac unit.

The property was close enough to walk to the beach and had parking which was great. The breakfast was packed and not many places to sit. The restaurant in the hotel was loud and rowdy, not always kid friendly depending upon how much some were drinking. The pool was clean but fairly small.

Our particular room was not in good condition. The door and lock looked like it had been damaged and recently fixed, but something was definitely still broken. Every time we left the room, the key card reset and we couldn’t get back in. We had to go to the front desk EVERY time we left our room. There was also a fly issue in our room when we checked in. I got a fly swatter from the front desk and killed 10 flies in the first 5 minutes. They were on the bed, walls, all over. There was also marijuana smoke 24 hours a day throughout the hotel and definitely getting into our room. It’s a smoke-free hotel. We had sign upon check in that there would be no smoking. The comforters had stains on them and in general I felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room. I wasn’t expecting it to be the greatest hotel ever, but it was not clean and the inconvenience of the lock/key pad not working properly was annoying.

The positives: This was a great walking distance to the beach. The staff was cordial. The morning breakfast was decent. 24-hour coffee in the lobby was greatly appreciated. The negatives: The only way in and out of the pool is through the bar. The hotel room was very dirty. There were splatters of dirt and filth all over the bathroom walls. The floor and tile grout were filled with dirt. There were unknown substances stuck on the carpet. All of the light switches and coffee table had greasy fingerprints all over them. The refrigerator and oven needed cleaning. Housecleaning will only come every three days unless requested earlier. When we requested, they took out the towels and gave new--that was all. The outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before entering room was not working. I paid for three nights and stayed for only one. We left and went elsewhere in the hopes of a cleaner stay and a more family-friendly pool environment.

The rooms are a bit tired and need updating, the tiki bar and restaurant in the pool area is great. It gives you a resort like feeling at affordable prices.

We stayed 7 days, 6 nights and the room was cleaned only two times per our request, the remaining days we were told that they have a lot of work and rooms that needs to be cleaned, it's like our room is not important to be cleaned but the only thing they used to do is to bring us towels and we ask for the garbage to be changed at least since we know the room will not be cleaned.

My recent stay was a bad experience. I cant believe that the amount that I paid was not even close to the services I expected. My hotel bed has blood. Not just spot but blood and stains God knows from what. I am a healthcare professional and I know what blood looks like. The AC has black molds over its vent that my husband and I has to spray everything and requested housekeeping for change of sheets and vacuum the carpet that smells like marijuana. It was not a pleasurable experience and I hope they will clean their entire hotel.
