"Mattresses were bad resulting in no sleep"

Excellent breakfast

The Mattresses were very uncomfortable, saggy, springy.. I brought this to hotel staffs attention but was told the mattresses were brand new.. I felt like they were brushing me off.. The mattresses were definitely not brand new.. Carpets were dirty… Parking was a nightmare. There were six tour buses and two semi trucks with trailers that took up the prime parking spaces nearest the front entrance to the hotel..

Close to the highway, clean comfortable rooms, competitive rates.

Not a negative, just a warning to pay attention to whether you’ve booked at the Drury Inn or the Drury Inn and Suites. They are VERY close to each other on opposite sides of the highway.

The housekeeper for our floor was extraordinary! She was friendly, helpful, and assisted us with extra towels. She greeted us every morning when we walked by and was cheerful.
