Drury Inn & Suites Paducah

Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect.

My husband and I host tour groups of senior citizens and travel all over the world. This Drury Inn and Suites in Paducah, KY ranks right up there as one of the best for service. Everything for our large group went off without a hitch , and these days, that is more the anomaly than the norm! Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and kind. Again, that is not always the case in the service industry these days. Our guests are discerning travelers, and they were impressed with the amenities. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Everything, we arrived front desk were excellent. They have in the evening a surprise there was food and a happy hour. Room was huge , very quiet and comfortable. We went with the queen suite that had a sofa bed . It was perfect traveling with our grandson so he had his own space. There was a door that seperated the part we slept in had privacy. Would look for Drury Inns again. Thank you

My wife and I have stayed at several different hotels in the Paducah area over the past few years; they have all been good, but Drury Inn & Suites is the best. We really liked having the suite with the additional room for a price very close to what we have typically paid for one room. We also appreciated the comfortable bedding, a quiet and clean room, a very nice breakfast with a super friendly staff, and food and drinks in the evening. There was a minor issue with the room, but the front desk representative, Evelyn, took care of it immediately and to my satisfaction. We plan on staying at the Drury Inn the next time we come through Paducah.

The signage is incorrect and the staff is unkind when it comes to the signage. It’s says 16 can be unsupervised in the pool area so my husband and I told our son to sit at the pool while we made our dinner at the hotel. Within minutes he was told to leave because he wasn’t 18. All signage states 16. The staff was unapologetic about getting on to him and making an upset evening. I even showed the staff the signage that states 16 and again their only answers was that they were just doing what they were told by the GM. I explained that we are rule followers and that we never would intentionally disregard but if fell on deaf ears. Our weekend was upset and my son was embarrassed by the staff that got on to him in front of others. This ruined our weekend all due to incorrect signage or untrained staff. We do love this hotel and live local. We visit often. We hope that this issue will be resolved instead of ruining another visit.
