"I'll book with them again when I go back to Paducah."

I asked in advance if I could have an "unscented room" since I have allergies to most fragrances and laundry detergents. I didn't think it was possible, but they were able to accommodate me and I was so grateful! My room was clean and fragrance free (my friend didn't make that request, and I could definitely tell the difference when I walked into their room). The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and check in/out was quick and efficient. I called in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other, and they were able to set that up without any problems. The hotel was very busy, but the rooms were super quiet.

The only complaint was the elevator. It was very slow to arrive.

The price was high for a Tuesday night. Only 2 jets in the hot tub were working.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the several different breakfast options. Our check in and check out process was very smooth. Would 100% return and recommend to a friend.
