Drury Inn Paducah

Check-in was very efficient. The happy hour food and drinks were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I would prefer Pepsi products in the drink machine. The ice machine made ice that was slightly watery.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast and dinner were both great, and the indoor pool was a nice amenity. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.

The blankets were very thin, and there were no comforters on the beds, which made sleeping less comfortable. The TV was also outdated. We had to get out of the pool area because of the rain, which was disappointing.

Very clean newer property and the staff were very nice as well! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. They served a big breakfast that was delicious!

There wasn't anything about the place that I didn't like.

Phyllis at the front desk was so friendly and inviting. She represents your organization SO well. I'd never stayed with you before and she took time to explain about your hot breakfast and your happy hour/dinner perks as part of our stay. Loves that! All staff I came into contact with were friendly and acknowledged us. Wonderful customer service all around which can be hard to find these days.

Bathroom clean and updated. Breakfast was good.

Brick wall and window to pool was dark. Carpet and wall paper dark. Carpet seemed dirty. Smell was a little musty.
