Drury Inn Paducah

Our first time to Paducah, but we enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were clean and good shape.

I told booking.com I wanted the 28th and 29th of May and YOU set me up for the 29th and 30th. I almost didn’t get a room, but the lady at the desk was able to accommodate us. Drury was good, YOU pissed me off. I’ll use somebody else next time.

The breakfast choice was great. Rooms were excellent, well maintained, clean. I also walk around the room once I arrive barefoot with white socks to see how clean the carpets are. This local was perfect 🙂

Would have been nice to offer cookies as a late night snack choice 😄

The dinner and breakfast they offer are wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pet fee is excessive. $50.00. I would like to see booking.com put these extra fees upfront, on their site when booking the hotel online.

Clean, friendly staff

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were functioning perfectly. Every morning was a very nice breakfast and then in the evening appetizers in a variety of things plus free drink vouchers. The food was great and the amenities were great.

I only had two disappointments. 1. There was only one elevator and there are five floors. The nightly stayed there’s a baseball tournament so the hotel was really full and it took so long to get up and down on the elevator. A hotel that size I would think there would be two elevators. 2. There was no bath tub. :(
