Room was dirty, with a foul stale odor. Bathroom window was opened and unlocked (we were staying on the ground floor).

The room smelled very bad. In the middle of the night we noticed the windows are not latched and anybody could open it and even we tried we could not latch them. All the windows were like that. I can Not belive Quality Inn is willing to put their name on this place,

The property is definitely "dated" and could use some updating but overall cleanliness and utility was satisfactory. Easy parking and accessibility to rooms.

Friendly and professional staff at check in. She explained hotel amenities and options and areas for dinner nearby. Quiet and clean comfortable room. Many choices available at breakfast. All my basic needs met while traveling! Thank you

DO NOT STAY HERE! On 3/18 there was a bed bug infestation in my room and I woke up covered in painful bites. I found live bed bugs crawling around in my sheets in the morning and the amount of bites on my body indicate there were many bugs in my bed. Upon further inspection the bed and sheets were filthy and stained all over the place. The hotel refunded my room but that does not help with the 60 painful bites on my body and all of the hassle of cleaning/discarding everything I brought with me. Spend the extra money staying somewhere nicer in Berlin or Montpelier.
