Quality Inn Barre-Montpelier

Front desk staff polite and helpful. Bathroom floor dirty--dirt rinsed off feet when taking shower. Microwave and lamp unplugged--unable to get to wall plug for microwave. Unable to watch TV from bed because of TV placement on top of credenza. Steep stairway leading to basement for breakfast room. Don't ever plan on staying at a Quality Inn again.

Very accommodating/pleasant staff, overall a good stay

too many bad things, I tried to rectify this with the hotel and they could care less about their trash in the pool, dirt rings in the hot tub, ROACHES in the room, untimely and intrusive housekeeping, booking issues allowing strangers in my room, broken and unusable bathtub, and even the guest book telling you that it is a very dangerous area and to get approval before leaving the property.

Bathroom was very dirty and room stunk like musk/ smoke. Walls were dirty and cobwebs in corners of ceiling. Staff is very friendly but facility was gross.

Check in was as it should be. Rooms are small but has what u need. The beds r comfy . Hot tub was welcoming after 11 hour drive until we noticed the black ring of dirt above water line, pool has trash floating in it n was also very noticeably dirty. wanted to relax n take a bath after that but the plug was missing n broke. And to top it off, we found a roach, living, headed for my beer, in the light. If I could've left right then n got a refund I definitely would have.

This motel is not only outdated, it is really dilapidated. It is in a real need of a remodel to make it more comfortable for guests. Stains in the tub and furniture. Paint that has seen better days. There weren’t a lot of options in the area and I’m guessing that is how they stay in business, but beware.

The front office staff was very nice and actually went out of his way to help. But the property is a dump

Outdated, small rooms and not cheap! No maid service on our floor because a few guests mentioned they didn't need housekeeping service so the girls didn't do the whole second floor!

Good location, good bead, good brake fast, but need extra force to close the doors. The bathroom shower blocked. The staff very nice and helpful.

A disaster! Place is old, very dirty, has no ADA rooms, breakfast is in a dark basement room that is filthy, and bugs all over the bathroom floor! Don’t stay heee!
