"We weren't even able to stay there!"

Nothing- they weren't even open. They were closed for renovations, and had been since January. However they still approved my booking!

They were closed for renovations, and had been since January. However they still approved my booking! So when my son arrived, we weren't even able to get in the front door. No staff was there. Finally one of the people who was doing the renovations came out and told us that they had been closed but that several people had come because they had reservations.
