When were arrived, the place was empty and boarded up. We were told that it had been closed for two months due to a water line break. Why was I allowed to book a room at a hotel that had been closed for two months, and how do I get a complete refund for this huge mistake?

Be careful! Unprofessional staff, they need training. The receptionist double booked us and blamed it on Expedia’s system, they said they’d reimburse us and they never did. We could’ve gone to a better place for the price we paid. Stay away!

The breakfast was great

Didn’t like that the microwave in the room was dirty broken electrical plug fridge wasn’t in the stand and one electric plug didn’t work
