"Séjour très agréable en plein centre de Reims"

L hôtel est très bien situé, au centre ville mais au calme. La literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. Très bon accueil, je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour à Reims.

Le SPA qui est indépendant de l hôtel est fermé le dimanche et le lundi.

Petit déjeuner correct.Aimabilite du personnel de l accueil

Hôtel bruyant et difficile dormir alors qu il pleut et que la pluie tape fort sur des toits ( chambre ne donnant pas sur la route.Serviettes de toilette très abîmées et rêches. Mise la part la gentillesse du personnel, séjour très moyen et sommeil très sommaire.

Chambre très sale, poils dans la baignoire et les toilettes, moisissures Équipement et décorations vieille, pas conforme aux photos Clim tombée en panne pendant mon séjour en plein milieu de nuit, changement de chambre pour une chambre « moins bien » même si la première était déjà catastrophique Mal insonorisée Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre
