Hôtel Europe and Spa

La chambre était confortable la literie également l'espace de la chambre était bien le petit déjeuner était copieux la chambre était au calme bien sûr c'est un hôtel qui a son âge mais situé a quelques mètres du centre ville la propriété de la chambre n'est pas à critiquer très propre pour le prix je me permets de le conseiller pour visiter pendant quelques jours Reims et bien sûr les caves de champagne 🍾 il n'y a pas besoin de la voiture mais je conseille comme même de prendre le parking de l'hôtel car les places en ville ne sont pas toujours évidente bref un bon séjour avec que des bons moments et de bons souvenirs

Cet hôtel est vieillissant mal insonorisé on entends les clients au dessus parquet qui craque Sol glissant dans la douche.

Le placement de l'hôtel dans le coeur de Reims

La vieillerie des locaux, des locaux vieillissants et non entretenus : peinture moquette.. Des espaces communs encombrés : boîte panier à linge Ascenseur en panne Climatisation inexistante

Das Hotel war offensichtlich überbucht und hat mit einem fadenscheinigen Argument, technisches Problem im Zimmer, kurz vor der Ankunft abgesagt. Wir standen um 17:30 h am Sonntagabend nach einer langen Fahrt ohne Unterkunft da. Die ganze Region war wegen regionalen eines Events ausgebucht. Unsere Buchung war zwei Wochen zuvor bestätigt worden. Die Nacht verbrachten wir, beide über 60, im Auto.

The fact that I had been on the road since 0600 hrs when the cancelled my room without reason within about 4 hours of me arriving. I was riding a motorcycle and didn't pick the message up until late afternoon. I struggled to find a hotel in the area and was close to sleeping on the grass by my bike. Absolute joke. If you book a room don't rely on it being available when you get there

Great location.

Rooms are very old and unloved - need a total refurb. My shower hose didn’t have a wall mounting and I had to shower holding in it one hand. The air conditioning was poor. The lift was not working so I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The whole hotel really could do with being refurbished. Not a lovely place to stay.

Location was good, close to center. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner didn't work after the first evening. They wouldn't fix it, because there are no reparmen on the weekends. The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor. The staff had an attitude.
