As a Lifetime Titanium member, I have spent years traveling the world and staying in countless hotels. I know what great looks like. I know what average looks like. Miss Heather, along with the evening front desk team — Miss Deborah and several others — are simply outstanding. I have personally witnessed what most would consider chaos: a packed lobby, phones ringing nonstop, guests checking in and out, shuttle buses arriving — and yet, somehow, this team never misses a beat. What sets them apart is not just their ability to handle volume — it’s how they make you feel while doing it. Every guest is acknowledged. Every guest is welcomed. Every guest feels seen. And they do it with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of consistency that is incredibly rare in this industry. It's a pain needing card access to parking lot but perhaps that is for security

Proximity to airport and shuttle access was very good. Enjoyed the breakfast! Also used the well equipped work out room!

The location is convenient being close to Atlanta Airport and it operates a free shuttle service every 30mins. There is a well equipped gym and a full buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly and supportive always welcoming.

The mini store was limited in good hot food and charges daily for parking.
