Our check in clerk, Heather, was so personable and helpful. Probably the best check in clerk I have ever encountered.

The difficulty and excessive time it took to take the shuttle from the international terminal to the hotel.

The staff was very nice. It was quite, long and public areas were clean as well as the shuttle service.

Rooms smelled of smoke . Not their fault but someone was clearly smoking illegal in the room next to me or something.

I needed a hotel room near the Atlanta airport to wait out the recent ice storm. I found this one after finding that all the hotels connected to the airport were sold out. Others from the airport were hunkering down for the night as well. It was a short (2 mile) easy drive, and perfect for what I needed: Pros: Close to airport! (but I didn't hear airplanes all night - thank goodness, I need sleep!) Comfy bed and pillows and my room was clean when I arrived Sitting area with desk, chair, couch, microwave and mini fridge Plenty of charging ports, etc. Secure - I had to be buzzed in when I arrived after midnight, exterior doors only accessible with room key Warm spacious lobby with fireplace and plenty of seating for guests Included breakfast was pretty good - waffle & pancake station, oatmeal with lots of toppings like pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and craisins, grab & go yogurts and muffins, eggs, sausage, juices and coffee. Self parking available on site (it was $18, I believe) - way less than airport parking Shuttle service to and from the ATL airport (I had my car, but was thankful to hear it was available if needed. I believe it's free but again, I didn't use it) Price point - very affordable rates, and if you are a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you can use points or a free night certificate (which I did for my stay). Cons: Finishes are cheap looking (but I didn't care - I was there to sleep) Cheap toiletries in room and institutional looking furnishings in lobby No views from room - you are looking at the parking lot (again, not an issue for me) and the windows could use a good cleaning! No amenities on site - no pool, no in room dining (again, not a problem for me) Front desk clerk was not warm or friendly and seemed annoyed when I checked in, and her appearance was sloppy - not a deal breaker and to be fair it was 1am, but I typically encounter professionally dressed and friendly desk clerks when I travel. This hotel was what I needed it to be and nothing more. I was able to get a good night's rest and have a nourishing breakfast in the morning before hitting the road to go home. A solid choice if that's your agenda. This is not a destination hotel, but I don't think that's their business model.

room was tidy clean and with convenient space , staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good with a middle range varieties , the location is quite good but you have nothing to do during your stay but sleeping and eating, even though it is very near to the airport.

24 hour hotel shuttle to and from the airport, on a regular schedule. Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, even accommodating our pre 6am departure. Comfortable bed. Room darkening curtains.

Hall noise by other guests. A bathtub with slow draining action (informed the front desk for future guests).
