Hotel abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto. Se si arriva al terminal internazionale occorre prendere lo shuttle per il terminal dei voli domestici e poi la navetta dell'hotel che passa ogni mezz'ora 24 ore su 24. La colazione inizia alle 7 e non è fornita colazione da asporto per chi parte prima.

Camera vecchiotta con tipico bagno americano con vasca. Il tragitto per arrivare all'hotel dall'aeroporto è piuttosto lungo e complicato.

This hotel charges for parking even though the parking area is actually on the Hotel grounds/property. Totally ridiculous!

"Response of one staff member soured the stay for me."

Near Convention Center, food nearby. Easy check in. Secure parking. Clean. Breakfast was good.

Toilet needed repair, curtains wouldn't close allowing a spotlight to shine into our room. Going down early, 4:30 AM to lobby for a quiet place to study, music was very loud and TV was loud. I asked for it to be turned down or allow me to sit in the board room, but was told it was the ambiance, turned down slightly, couldn't use the board room. I suggest some soft and quiet music in lobby. Not like there were a lot of people in the lobby at 4:30 AM!

"Had this shuttle service been better, we would not have hesitated to stay on our next trip."

We could park our car at the motel. The room was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time.

When we returned from our trip we waited for the shuttle back to the motel where our car was parked for over an hour in chilly conditions. Despite two calls to the motel saying that the shuttle was on schedule and should arrive at any moment, it did not come. A shuttle from another motel, after noticing that we had been waiting for some time, offered to take us to Fairfield. When we arrived via the other shuttle, the Fairfield shuttle was in front of the motel.
