Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. An unauthorised pet will incur an additional charge of USD 100, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are exempted. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 68 kg or less. If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Unauthorised guests will be charged USD 50 per person per night. On-site parking is available for USD 25 per night. Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Disappointing and expected clean and tidy, not run down, dingy. For the price update!"

Large room. Staff very helpful and pleasant, and extra care by them.

No breakfast, just oatmeal, breakfast bar, only coffee. Needs updated very badly, smells, walls, bedding, all outdated and very run down.

They offered coffee tea and blueberry muffins. Nothing else

Absolutely disgusting, dirty, the bedding and pillows smelled like they hadn't been cleaned-bad body odor. I could not even sleep in the bed.I laid on top of it with my clothes on.Just in case there were bed bugs. The kitchen area was literally falling apart. Nothing stocked at all. The only appliance was a microwave and iron. I asked for a coffee maker for my room and was told that they did have any available. The carpet had stains on it. I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The elevator didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. The hallways smell like marijuana. I will also be notifying corporate of the status of this place. I will be requesting a refund. I should slept in my car. The staff seemed rather apathetic about the condition of the hotel. They were nice and they were friendly.That was it.

Your hotel is a dirty and disgusting experience. We left it was so bad mold in the bathroom floor was sticky. Overall it's need to be closed and cleaned but that my not even help.

Rooms old beaten no phone no lightbulbs / keys constantly don’t work. Parties tailgate in parking lot all night bottles unleashed pitbulls can’t make this crap up

It was nice that they made our early check in possible, and that they were pleasant and accommodating. It was rather disturbing that they scanned my wife’s driver’s license as well, with no satisfactory response as to why and what was intended with the data. The air conditioning/heating unit gave off a peculiar odor when we turned it on, so we did not use it for the stay. The shower handle had to be cranked off quite forcefully to stop the water, and cranked equally hard to start the water.
